I think I paid about fifty bucks for a Netgear router. Simple as pie to hook up and the only problem I've had with it is that I have to restart it every now and then for some reason. No need to pay an extra few bucks a month to have your ISP's wireless option. Their customer service, should you need it, probably isn't worth what you're paying them anyway.

As for the debates, I can't get excited enough to watch either party talk about an election more than one year away. Don't they have jobs they should be doing instead of rehashing talking points to people on YouTube???Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16113999.post-64366208288589401812007-08-06T08:29:00.000-04:002007-08-06T08:29:00.000-04:00Are you PC or Mac? Even the PS3 likes it. And you don't argue with the PS3. Not after what happened. But I can't talk about that.

As for Comcast - yep, evil. Sucky, evil, rich and don't give a damn. We have RCN. I don't know if RCN exists in Atlanta, but if it does, give 'em a try. They've been mostly pretty good, but best of all they've been cheap, one thing you won't find with Comcast.Clay McClanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03335679984438046905noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16113999.post-77888722566647937992007-08-06T04:37:00.000-04:002007-08-06T04:37:00.000-04:00BTW - You're not my myspace friend.- you know who ...BTW - You're not my myspace friend.

- you know who this isAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16113999.post-91337454254341147712007-08-06T00:23:00.000-04:002007-08-06T00:23:00.000-04:00Oh, you silly political smarty pants. You are such...Oh, you silly political smarty pants. You are such a staunch, whacky Dem it hurts. Love it. Hey dude, you should just buy a Linksys wireless modem/router. They're like 70 bucks, if that. And, their customer service is awesome and free adn attentive. Their products rock too. I've a got a Linksys modem/router, and I've had zero issues with it since I bought it.

Though, it does come with a slight learning curve to understand how to protect it and configure the settings. But, hey, it's a great deal. And of course Comcast's modem isn't wireless, dude! That would make too much sense. And, so that you know, their modems are a bit slower than what you want. Sure, they throttle your speed, but why have the issue of the modem possibly slowing you down to? The man just keeps on sticking it to you, Crane.

Comcast will strongly advise you not use another modem, because (and get this) they can't garauntee it. What? That's good old fashioned fear in the marketing place. Do yourself a favor. Go now to Best Buy or Circuit City or whatever and pick yourself up a nifty Linksys modem and wireless router (802.11g). You'll thank me later.blankfisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01495143271397023056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16113999.post-50695700826848644062007-08-05T22:22:00.000-04:002007-08-05T22:22:00.000-04:00Also: I corrected the chat from the previous entry...Also: I corrected the chat from the previous entry.
